SECTION 1 - CANCELLATIONS:


If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 855-561-5222 or info@pelhamandwhite.com

If your order has not shipped, it may be cancelled for a full refund. 

If your order has shipped, it will be treated as a return.  See below for return information and refunds.


 

SECTION 2 - RETURNS:


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

ALL returns require a Return Authorization.  Please contact us at 855-561-5222 or info@pelhamandwhite.com for a return authorization and instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


 

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS:


Full Refunds:

Full refunds and/or replacements may be issued in the event of damaged or defective items that you receive.  Full refunds and/or replacements may also be issued in the event of wrong items shipped, due to our error.


Partial Refunds:

Except in cases of damaged or defective items and/or wrong items received due to our error, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.

If more than 30 days has passed since delivery, return requests may be approved or denied at our exclusive discretion.  Additional fees may be assessed and omitted from your refund.
 

Payment Release:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.
 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 4 - RETURN SHIPPING:

Given the large nature of many of the items we sell, your product(s) may require lift-gate pickup and LTL shipment back to our facilities.  Please contact us at 855-561-5222 or info@pelhamandwhite.com for a Return Authorization and instructions.

Except in the case of damaged or defective items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged and/or replaced product to reach you may vary.
